Taking care of business in the high country

One luxury apartment complex is not like the other! You might ask yourself what represents true high end living? Some expensive apartment complexes provide everything you could want except for the personal attention that is most important. Not so for one apartment complex in the greater Denver area. Not only to they provide everything from beautifully appointed unit to a theatre, a fitness center, well maintained gardens, covered parking and a common area for socializing.

This company approached us about a year ago looking for a new company to provide their new tenant gifts. They had been working with another gift basket company that just didn't seem to value them as a customer. We met to discuss what they needed and I provided them with some samples of gifts within their budget to use as welcome gifts to new and renewing tenants.

One year later we are still filling their orders for welcome gifts. The management wasn't sure which design to settle on so for a few months we were sending them half Colorado welcome gifts and half gourmet gift baskets. Finally after talking to tenants about the gifts the decided on the Colorado gift basket. Ever month we get a call requesting any where between 6 to 30 gifts baskets to be hand delivered in Denver to their luxury apartment complex. It takes about 1 minute on the phone and the order is complete and within a couple of days their baskets arrive by courier.

There's got to be a correlation between what they expected from their original gift basket company and how they treat their tenants. They expected to be show respect and given excellent customer service just like they gift the people that choose to live their that begins with the welcome process which includes the gift basket. We make it easy and we change the baskets up every month depending on the season. It is truly a win win for both companies.
