Strategy early to send valentine presents this year. I vowed that on Jan. 14 I 'd begin a month early to obtain my February 14 Valentine's Day gifts. In 2012 I waited and those I sent didn't get there in time. The presents and cards were selected over by Feb. 12 and this year I won't get stuck giving second-rate cards and gifts.
